1. Online Purchasing

When placing an order you will have the option of registering an account.  By registering for an account (and receiving emails regarding, product special deals), your personal information will be stored, which saves you the effort of having to enter these details each time you make a purchase.

If you choose to register an account you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself, as prompted by the registration form (including your geographical location and billing address) and to maintain and update the registration information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

If you choose to register an account you will receive a password and account designation upon completing the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.

All personal information you provide when registering an account will be collected in accordance with, and for the express purposes set out in, our Privacy Policy.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order with us you are making an offer to buy goods or services on these terms. We will send you an order confirmation email to confirm that we have received your order at the time we will reserve funds on your credit/debit card.

Once we have processed your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. At this time your order is awaiting collection by our courier. If in any instance we are unable to fulfil your order (either in its’ entirety or partially) we will make contact with you via email or phone.

An order is placed by adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. You will then be required to give us delivery details, enter payment information and submit your order.

Once the checkout process has been completed, you will be presented with a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you are able to print as a receipt of your order. We will also send you an email with confirmation of your order.

 3. Payment Options

Goods can be purchased using our secure online Visa – MasterCard – American Express credit cards transaction facility.  Google Pay or Apple Pay. Additional payment options include:  Afterpay – Zip – Laybuy

4. Pricing

All transactions are conducted in New Zealand dollars and include GST. All prices are correct when published. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices at any time for any reason.

5. Overseas Orders

Prices do not include import fees, duties, tariffs, taxes or other imposts of charges which may be payable in respect of orders to be delivered outside of New Zealand.  You will be responsible for any fees, duties, tariffs, taxes or other imposts of charges which are payable in respect of orders to be delivered outside of New Zealand.

The actual price that you are charged on your credit card will depend upon the exchange rate used by your bank or credit provider at the time of purchase, as well as any other fees or charges that your bank may apply.

6. Website Security

All payments via our Website are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, whereby sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy.

7. Delivery 

We do not accept any liability for any delays in the delivery of any goods ordered through the Website.

You will receive an email, including your order tracking number, confirming that your order has been dispatched. Deliveries to rural addresses may increase delivery times. Standard Delivery is ‘Leave at Door’

Please ensure that you provide accurate details of a delivery address (including any business name if shipping to a work address). If you have requested ‘Signature Required’ please make sure someone is present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package.

We are unable to change any delivery details once an order has been dispatched.

You can track your order under by entering your tracking number into either NZ Post or Aramex Couriers websites.

8. Cancelling your Order

You are able to cancel your order as long as it has not dispatched. You will need to contact customer services by email at [email protected]. or Phone: 0800 990 008

We take pride in our fast delivery which means that most orders are packed and dispatched within a short period of time. You will need to contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will be able to cancel your order and a $10.00 Administration fee is taken from the refunded payment, Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order.
