Delivery  

Information:

  • Please provide a physical Address as couriers cannot deliver to a Post Office Box.
  • Orders are dispatched from our Warehouse in Hobsonville Auckland.
  • All orders are sent via courier and are dispatched within 1-3 days from the date you place your order.  
  • Delivery times are a guide only, actual delivery time may vary depending on your area.
  • Standard delivery is ‘Leave at Door’ or where you have requested that you would like it left.
  • Once your parcel has been picked up you will receive an email notification from our Courier company.
  • We use NZ Post, Post Haste and Aramex Couriers for delivery depending on your area.
  • You can use the tracking number to follow where your parcel’s delivery progress online.
  • Rural deliveries can take a little longer, depending on your local couriers run schedule.
  • If you have special instructions as to where you would like your parcel to be left, please include this in: Notes about your order/delivery instructions, when you complete the checkout. 
  • Please be aware that deliveries left at an address are at the recipients own risk.
  • If you prefer your parcel not to be left unattended, please request that a signature be obtained on delivery.
  • Beauty Hair Warehouse and our Couriers accept no responsibility for any damage or theft of the parcel and its contents after it has been left at the delivery address. 
  • If your order gets damaged in transit please notify us with a photo and we will replace immediately.

  • Please Note: Because of the recent increase in petrol charges freight costs have risen slightly to compensate.

Australian Delivery:      

Flat Rate                Nationwide                                 $20.00            Allow 5 -10 Days

New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory

(Note: all prices are in NZ Currency)

Please Note: As international orders are air-freighted, goods classified as dangerous items eg: Aerosols; cannot be dispatched to Australia.

 

International Delivery:

At present we are shipping only to New Zealand and Australia. If you require shipping to other countries eg: Pacific Islands, please contact us directly for shipping options and costs.
