Returns Policy


You may return item(s) to us for a refund within 30 days from the date your order was dispatched.

We will provide a refund within 10 working days of receiving your item(s) so long as the returned item(s) is in re-sellable condition, including its full packaging. 

Return courier freight or postage is at customers cost.

We are unable to refund or exchange any packaged item that has been opened. 

If eligible, your refund of the product will be processed within 10 working days.

A $10.00 Administration Fee is payable on returned/refunded goods.

Please note: Freight charges are not refundable.

If ineligible, we will advise you and then courier your purchase back to you.

An email confirming your refund/return of goods will be sent to you.


If you would like to exchange a returned product. You will be provided with a credit for the product returned less freight charges and a $10 Administration Fee.

Cancelled Orders:

We take pride in our fast delivery which means that most orders are packed and dispatched within a short period of time. You will need to contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will be able to cancel your order and a $10.00 Administration fee is taken from the refunded payment, Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order.

Damaged Or Faulty Goods:

In the instance that you receive a faulty item; your item has been damaged in transit; or the goods you have received are incorrect, please take a photo and email to [email protected].

Please contact us on 0800 990 008 and we will organise a replacement  back to you free of charge.

If you’ve experienced an allergic reaction to one of our products:

Your input will help us communicate to the brand involved and find an appropriate solution! 

Please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the product that caused an allergic reaction
  • A detailed description of the symptoms experienced
  • Photos of the product 
  • Photos of the affected area

Since different skin types and conditions may react differently to a particular product, we always suggest reviewing the listed ingredients of products to help you identify any sensitivities with certain ingredients.

Products On Sale and Free Gifts with Purchase: 

On Sale items and Free Gifts with Purchase are not returnable for credit or refund.
