How to Use:
- Recommended use for Professionals only.
- Mixing: In a bowl, combine equal parts of Developer Lotion and Topchic Permanent Hair Color.
- Virgin Application: If the client’s hair hasn’t been coloured before, start applying colour from the darkest part of the hair, about 1/2 inch away from the scalp, down to the ends.
